Martini Tasting Masquerade Ball Sponsorship Levels

Twin Falls Rotary After Hours is ramping up for our 13th Annual Martini Tasting Masquerade Ball! SAVE THE DATE February 28 2025 at Twin Falls Fairgrounds Merchant Bldg. #3. Our theme this year is “50’s Sock Hop”! Gaming tables are such a huge hit we will have them again as well! There will of course also be music, dancing and delicious custom libations.

Idaho Playground Project is this year’s beneficiary; The Idaho Playground Project aims to give every child equal access to play experiences through playgrounds, toys, books, and games.

We CANNOT do it without YOU!

Your sponsorship is needed more than ever! Sponsorship benefits include your name/logo of business based on sponsorship in event brochure, complimentary tickets based on level, logo on event posters, your business name/logo on placards for silent auction items and appetizers.  MC makes numerous sponsors shout out announcements throughout the evening

Tickets to the event are available online for $35 per person or $60 per couple, we encourage everyone to purchase tickets in advance, online ticket purchasing will be cut off on February 18, 2025. If we still have available space for more attendee’s tickets will be for sale at the door for $45 per person $80 per couple.

Our sponsorship goal this year is $50,000 and we need your help. We are looking for businesses to sponsor this event. Attached to this letter, you will find a list of sponsorship packages.  Each sponsorship level includes many benefits for your business, as a way for us to thank you for your generosity.
