Twin Falls Rotary After Hours is ramping up for our 11thth Annual Martini Tasting Masquerade Ball! SAVE THE DATE February 24, 2023 at Fieldhouse and Event Center. Our theme this year is “Saints & Sinners” a murder mystery! Gaming tables are such a huge hit we will have them again! There will still be music, dancing and of course custom libations..
Idaho Angels is this year’s beneficiary; they provide invaluable assistance in our local community saving lives every day! Your donations and attendance will help us purchase an enclosed trailer to transport supplies to those in need. We CANNOT do it without YOU!
Your sponsorship is needed more than ever! Sponsorship benefits include your name/logo of business based on sponsorship in event brochure, complimentary tickets based on level, logo on event posters, your business name/logo on placards for silent auction items and appetizers. Tickets to the event are available online for $30 per person or $50 per couple, we encourage everyone to purchase tickets in advance, online ticket purchasing will be cut off on February 18, 2023. If we still have available space for more attendee’s tickets will be for sale at the door for $35 per person $55 per couple.
Our sponsorship goal this year is $50,000 and we need your help. We are looking for businesses to sponsor this event. Attached to this letter, you will find a list of sponsorship packages.
